My Bullyland animals arrived today, Velociraptor question

QUESTION: BUT IS THE VELOCIRAPTOR SO SMALL? AND THE TAG  INFO OF MUSEUM LINE WHERE IS IT?  
QUESTION 2: WHY  SOME  ANIMALS HAVE ALREADY WEAR WITHOUT PAINT IF THEY ARE NEW ?    THANK

That's definitely looks small for the Museum Line edition of the Bullyland Velociraptor. I thought that model was about four inches high and 9 inches long (according to TGF website). It looks like the same model (or a smaller version) as the one pictured at the DinoToyBlog site (review here http://www.dinotoyblog.com/2010/08/25/velociraptor-museum-line-by-bullyland/), but I did think the model was larger than it appears in your picture. What are the dimensions of your model?
