Shoebill and secretary bird for Nando

Hey guys, I'd like to post a picture of my shoebill which I'm making for Nando. The secretary bird still looks like a long-legged chicken so I won't show it to you yet  The shoebill is still in progress of course, but if you have any suggestions, I'd like to hear them, since I can make changes at this step. I've noticed already that the bill might be a bit too small.
I'd also congratulate all the people who recently made fantastic sculptures or customized other figures, I was very busy recently and didn't have time to comment all the threads.

This weird looking bird must be enormously difficult to make !

Very nice   About the beak, I think it is not too small, I think the head is too big for the beak and the body.

Oh, it is so great that you're sculpting one of Nando dreams!!! Yes, sculpting dreams should be fantastic.
I am sure you'll be able of getting the character of a shoebill that is the most important feature of this bird.
