I have to say I was expecting something a little different, but they're still very nice. I like the Morgans though.

He needs some getting used to, IMHO, but here is movement for sure

Those are GREAT ! The first pacer - models ever, I think ?  

Amazing, as there are so many of them, - they are the breed used for Pace Harness Racing , mainly in USA, as far as I know.

Of course they look a bit strange. In real, fast pace the two legs at the same side are not touching the ground, at sometimes no legs are touching the ground, - pretty hard to do for a model

It's the so-called flying phase of the gait - where no leg touches the ground. The pose itself is very nice, but it would look so much better with some base, or at least pegs supporting the legs (like in this drastic custom). But that is easy to fix!

Even if it is going trot, we can compare :

Looking  at the Collecta one, the picture og this horse is photographed in a way that makes it look as if it is "Running into the earth", - a horse that goes pace must have the front lifted, or it will fall out of the gait
Perhaps the model is better when we see it ?

Since the model has no additional support, it stands as we can see it. But I love it that they gave him such dynamic pose!

Yes, it's very nice to see model of a horse in pace, it's rarely represented in toy horses (if ever?) I like the head, neck, mane, tail and muscles, all very nice! Only disturbing thing is proportion again-belly seems to be at least 20% too small, too skinny, maybe even too short back too. It looks a bit like proportion of yearling or so?   Beside that, I really think it's great to see this breed in this, characteristic gait.
