Philip, my friend, this is just part of my collection, of course. Only this shelf is "decorated", the rest are just plain.

Real treat to the eye, Gabe! I like it, especially because it resembles the way I decorate my own shelves :)
By the way, have you glued the dried leaves to the surface?

That's the common flaw of almost any diorama I've ever seen - collectors always tend to display as much animals as they can which results in overcrowding. But still, Gabe's shelf is beautiful and not TOO crowded.

Speaking about shelf sizes - I prefer longer, not wider shelves. Cause when the shelf is very wide, animals in the back row are poorly observed. While long and narrow shelves give the best view.

Kirill, my friend,

I haven't glued the leaves, and yeah that's what I actually meant - I prefer longer shelves, not deep ones, due to the same reason you've mentioned.

Thank you
:)

Very fine Gabriel, the dark environnement is very "chic" !

It counterbalance the roughness of the dried leaves. The contrast is very very interresting cheers

It is fantastic how something green and some leaves placed in the right place can bring life to the scene Shocked

And of course it is crowded ! It belongs to a collector ! I love your African shelf cheers
