After quite some time, finally something new from my side Razz

This is Ruby, the mother of our upcoming new Welsh Corgi Cardigan pup! This is a gift for the breeders.

20x20 painting with aquarelle, Staedler fineliner 0.2 and HB pencil

You may have not heard from me much in these past months, but that doesn't mean I've not been creative! I study Graphical and Digital Media since September. This means that soon enough I'll be able to digitalise my drawings. I had a fun task with animals. Here was my entry:

1. Organic, based of my horse Tinky
2. Polygons, wolf
3. Geometric, based of my dog Ophélia
These are ofcourse, digitalised in Illustrator :)

Very nice drawings! I especially love your aquarelle, but these digitalized animals are very neat as well. Keep up the great work! Smile Your study sure sounds interesting, are you enjoying it so far?

Thank you! I'm very proud of this aquarelle too. It's such a tricky medium to work with. Need to have a lot of patience, and it's really a surprise of how the end result will be!

I do like the study. At the moment, it's pretty 'global'. Only after my exams in January, we'll get to choose between Cross-media design, Multimediaproduction and Grafimediapolicy. I will ofcourse pick Cross-media design, since that's the most creative of the 3 Razz

Next year I then get the choice between Graphical design & Photo Design. Chances are big that I'll pick Photo, just to have the extra knowledge about photography too!

Thank you Susanne!

The puppy will only arrive around the end of February/beginning of March. They're already born :) We went to visit them today. They're one month old now and sooo adorable - but still sleepy. We'll be getting a blue mere bitch. But not sure which one of the 3 yet. They're all very pretty though.

I've made some good friends already, yeah!

I love those small, creative, animal drawings with some kind of artsy twist.
My hand itch to color that polygons wolf with so many colors now XD

Merle is such a beautiful color/pattern to choose, lucky you!
(Would be my second pick of BC color, first is Tricolor of course XD)

Breeders much be happy with such a wonderful gift of one of their dogs <3

Oh yes, loved trying out the blue merle colour :) It sure was tricky - especially because this dog has a 'dirty' merle colour, which is more tricky.

Feel free to color in the polygons wolf, haha Very Happy But only when you show me the result.

They seemed quite happy yeah! It's so much more fun to give something personal. Especially when they ask 'did you make that?' Laughing
