Mastodon(saurus)...wrong text or wrong picture ??????

I was wondering why many people keep calling the mastodon "mastodonsaurus" lately

I was also wondering why there is no label for the new Mastodonsaurus ( the "Croc-frog").

Untill I took a second look at the label for the mastodon ( the "funny elefant") :

It seems that they have sent out the Mastodon with a wrong label and decided to send the matodonsaurus out without one.

Before expert collectors here at the forum told me, I did not know the difference

What a big mistake by Bullyland.

You have to admit, those two are pretty hard to tell apart...

Maia & Borges already told me that they will talk with the printers and fix the mistakes in next production series. Who knows Bullyland makes the same? Will you tell them?

I sent Bullyland a mail, but I am sure they have been bombarded with complaints already

It seems there is good reasom why persons working in the printing business are usually very, very perfectionistic and fond of order and system

Bullyland can cheer up: CollectA made a donkey calf with two toes per foot and a paraceratherium with four toes per foot. They are not the only ones to make ridiculous mistakes.

Those foals actually also have FOUR toes on each foot

Not sure if this was relly been figured out yet on your part. but the reason for the mix up is due to the mastodonsaurus being a last minite call for re release last year. and they did not have enogh time to make a tag for it, plus they might of got confused wth the two cretures giving us a wrong tag

Since we're on the topic of corrections, I have to add that a donkey calf would, in fact, be a foal.

Where is the mistake? This animals name is really Mastodonsaurus, because this was the first given name. It is similar to the Basilosaurus.

I think you are referring to amphibian and not to elephant's relatives? The mistake was to give tag with name "Mastodonsaurus" to figure of Mastodon.
