Alvin's mixed additions

Happy New Year 2014 everyone!
I had the chance for a quick shopping spree last week. Here's my haul for 2013:

The japanese figures are fabulous. Congrats Alvin. The takara tomy figures are wonderful    

Wonderful models, all of them ( even if some have lost their bodies )   

Those CollectA dogs and the spoonbill are among my absolute favorite models AT ALL !!!

Susanne, it is for sure a pity that they only choose to make the heads and not the bodies together, as the sculpt is excellent!

Congratulations for your new figures and also for previous ones.
I agree about running cheetah, that pose increases a lot the playability of the figure even it turns not very atractive when exposed. Though, more than adjusted for a cheetah.

Great newcomers, I like best the Kaiyodo´s.

Yup Rogerio I agree but the good thing about the cheetah is that it is not too big so it fits among the other figurines well.

I love Kaiyodos alot senta..they happen to be the most widely found among the japanese brands.

Nando, these figurines are fun to collect. Plus many types of wildlife to choose from.   

Susanne, the dung beetle hind legs were broken and missing at the tips when it arrived. I had to cut small sections of tie-wire and remove the inner wire, then glued the sections on the stumps to give the poor beetle new legs.  

They're all so wonderful, Alvin! Congratulations! I especially love the kingfisher; he's gorgeous! ^^

By the way, which brand is the wolf bust you got in January?

Arrw ! Poor beetle ! Good that she came to a good home with somebody to heal her
