| Today i went to a carbootsale at a recreational area, just outside Oss, an hours drive from Amsterdam. In the morning the weather was nice, but around noon it started to rain. After 1,5 hours of rain many people had already left and the sellers had started packing up their stuff. But before that i made some great finds whick i like to share with you. As Roger pointed out to me a couple of weekd ago, we sometimes buy figures in order to get the one very special one, in the end. So i decided to take my chances and look for other animals. For me my best find is this big chunky Action Man, Operation Grizzly. It does not have the action man figure itself or the bullet it shoots from the gun mounted on his back. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here is a YouTube clip is the figure in motion. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]This lot of animals has some minidinos, mini wild cats, a AAA stegosaurus and a Chap Mei zebra, that moves its head when you press the button on its back. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And close-up of the mini-dinos [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here are some wild cats, including a AAA tiger cub. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]A nice group of farm animals. I realy like the turkey. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]A mixed group. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]A mixed group; Schleich chickens and donkey, Safari pig, unknown sheepdogs and a tortoise puzzle. And..... and.... a little fox. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I will save him for Roger. And some loose animals: Schleich lioness and panther. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Single black elephant. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I also got a small bucket full of old Britain farm animals, but i haven't looked them throu yet. As you can see not many bears for me today, but i am happy with my Action man. And finaly i have some figures to put on my tradelist. I hope to have some time for that soon. |

| I love those dogs, huge congrats on some interesting animals. Do the collies have stamps? I'm curious as to what they might be. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. I dont think they are the same brand. The large collie is the same as the one with the other lot farm animals. The black pup in the middle is marked 1995 MEG[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

And lovely dogs ! And donkeys, chickens, - a retired, beautyful Safari-pig ! And the turkey, that "fuzzy" sheep ! Are the large goats from TM ? ...what fun to get such a huge and varied lot on your hands Chap Mei has many more animals like that. Even a grizzly, a cave bear and a polar bear. But here in Holland they are hard to find. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]About the goat; There are no markings on any of the farm animals. I found that the elephant, rhino, hippo and lion go together. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| The rhino, hippo, elephant, and lion are Nayab figures I think. And thanks about the dogs, what about the other pup in the photo? I wonder what 1995 MEG means... _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. Susanne, the first calf is definitely CM, I have it. I seriously doubt that the other one is the same brand, the skin texture is completely different _________________ Robert
