We all know Yvette's good heart but she never stop surprising us! Keeping such cute figures since her childhood and giving to your sister is an admirable gesture. cheers Do you have any idea if they represent any kind of cartoons or so? All animals are beautiful, being the bongo calf very graceful among them. Good prehistoric ones too!

Rubber figures are "Mainzelmännchen"

The Mainzelmännchen are six trick figures named Anton, Berti, Conni, Det, Edi and Fritzchen, who mainly serve as advertisers on ZDF .

They are the mascot of the German television ARD since 1970.

Thanks Fernando! They were naturally completely unknown to me, now I've learned something new.
As Andreas corrected something in your post, I am afraid he will oblige you to spell at least 10 times the complete name of ARD:

Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland

Can you do it? Laughing
