Oh, thank you Roger! Now its scale is more clear to me.
And what year is this model? What's written on its belly?

I agree with Harriett, Fernando ~ WOW!
What is the brand of that vulture? Is it plastic too? What size is it compared to other Schleich figures?

Thanks for the pics, Roger!
The vulture looks surprisingly good. But hey, the Safari Great Horned Owl is a very big figure itself, and the vulture is even bigger. A vulture sized like Schleich bear won't look very well in a display.
Could you please take some more comparison pics, with bears, wolves and similar critters?

Kiril, another way to see the size of a figure is comparing with something in a wanted scale. This is a 1:18 scaled car, scales in cars are always perfect. Here you have a 4,5 m car and a 3 m wingspan vulture! Compare and see, 1:18 is nearly the scale of many Schleich, Papo and CollectA figures, more often than 1:20!

...and some more pics!

See the darker feathers bordering the wings and the shape of the tail!

A closer pic

I see, the case is the bird itself is really big, so the figurine reflects real life.

Philip, in Portugal nobody uses cheese to remember something, you forgot it?drunken

And Suebert, in Portugal we need to put a "o" at the end to be a Portuguese name: Roberto, Norberto, etc.

Philipe was in the forum after mid-night and I’m replying 3:30 AM, time to go to sleep! Like babies say in Portugal “ó ó” that sounds like “aw-waw”!Sleep

I read this thread to my husband and 19 year old son Chet and we were all laughing so hard! Chet is very happy for me that I now speak Portugese so well... Laughing

I hope everyone enjoyed this too and aren't scared off affraid This is such a wonderful forum where we can learn so much about all Brands of figures, but also how to have a fun time with each other and laugh around the world! Laughter is good for the heart. I love you
