2017 Farm Animal from all brands

Here we go with another year of farm animal models! I will try to update as soon as possible when anything is announced, but feel free to remind me if I seem to forget or miss something. Also, with some models let me know if you think its a farm animal or other 2017 topic figure (for instance, I usually think of turkeys as wild animals though they can also be classified as farm animals, in which case I suppose its up to preference or how the brand categorizes it). But enough of that, lets get to the models:

Thanks Paige, there is no problem that the same figure is in more than one topic. A blue peafowl is as pertinent in a farm thread as in Asian fauna topic.

It gives another perspective when seeing them in a farm-topic.

For instance it bothers me that Schleich makes almoste the same models as they have retired, - especiall the ducks and chickens when there are so many breeds to choose from

Ok here are some more 2017 models, Safari ltd. added! I wasn't sure if anyone wanted the little rabbit or the minis pack so I added them anyway, if they aren't in the appropriate topic just let me know.

And I know that models can be in various threads at the same time, but like in my example I wouldn't add a turkey to a farm list, but some people would want it added hence why I'm taking requests if need be.

On the last note, I'm excited about one very special farm animal, the caraboa! And at least Safari had a few interesting breeds of farm models, the Berkshire pig in particular. Anyways, I think that safari has some nice new models to offer this year.

Paige, I did just a minor editing to make pictures show the same width.
I am also really excited with the carabao, I was surely not expecting to see a domesticated variant of the Asian water buffalo in toy shape. Obviously, as a wildlife collector, I'd rather see a tamaraw instead of a carabao but I will surely want to get it.
The Ayrshire is also a surprising choice, I think since the old Marx nobody had released a toy of that Scottish dairy
cattle breed.
I also love when pigg breeds are identified, Hampshires are back, Safari released a family in early years and Berkshires are new to the company and I believe also new in that scale. Britains released Berkshire pigs in their lead farm series a very long time ago.

Some great models!!Love the new pig and cattle breeds-the highland looks a bit strange!-good to see that we have some new pig and cattle breeds.Think the carabao is also a great addition as well-will all be on my wish list!

It's so nice to see that Schleich goats have correctly painted, horizontal pupils. I think perhaps Schleich heard our complaints last year about the (totally wrong) vertical pupils of their black sheep.
Carabao from Safari is great and I like the 2 new pigs they made too

Ok, the little goat kids from CollectA are now added for everyone to see.

I like them well enough, I just don't feel that they are quite as impressive in detail and breed/coloration as we are used to. I feel like they represent average domestic goats you see frequently, but I would have hoped for something a little more interesting from CollectA. But at least, they are rather handsome little guys.

Finally got the CollectA bull put up. As discussed in the presentation topic there are a few anatomical things that are a little wonky, but overall this is still a stunning bovine in my humble opinion.

On another note, would anyone like me to post the updated repainted models from mojo? All that has been shown thus far is the sheep family and the Scottish highland cow, I wasn't sure if anyone wanted them included since they aren't technically new models... Otherwise, enjoy!

Thanks Paige! I think the repainted figures from Mojö should not be included or, for instance, the dramatically different smilodon needed also to be added on new dinosaurs topic. Maybe a better idea is to open a topic on Mojö section with comparison pictures of newer and older versions although it will last until someone receive them.
