Just a small correction

They are not budgies. Budgies have long tail, are slimmer and never have red shades. And they are from Australia.
These are Lovebirds , and are from Africa/Madagascar

But they all make a h... of a lot of noice
Lovebirds have a schreeeek that makes them almost impossible to have indoors... poor Andreas' wife and daughter

Never knew that XD I call such birds always budgies
Budgie is a parakeet... right? Always get confused with parakeets and parrot species XD
