PostSubject: New mamosa tree and marabu stork   Wed Oct 15, 2014 3:32 am

I just finished a new 1:22 scale mamosa tree and am almost done with my marabu stork.

The stork is freestanding, I just have to finish painting him.  Harriet did the zebra for me several years age just for this scene, and Andrew did the elephants they are 3-D printed from his Shapeways shop.

I wish I could do half of what you can accomplish. Fabulous tree, and fabulous marabou stork, and fabulous zebra carcass!

Love the tree Phil, and the way you bring together models from the different artists with your own - great work!

I have been looking at your work since the days of LG and it does not cease to amaze me! If I may ask, how did you get the stork to stand on its own?
