Time and Relative Dimention in Stables ~ Stories

Starting 1 Januari I want to start writing about the adventures my horses have on the properties of The Boomgeart Stables, but I am not sure from which PoV.

So I would love your help with solving the last riddle in my head.

I have four options:
- Stablehand Tinka's point of view.
- Friesian Stallion Icedusts point of view.
- Tinker Colt Teddy's point of view.
- All knowing point of view.

What seems to be the best thing to do. I am currently leaning towards Teddy or Tinka... What would you say?
