PostSubject: 1:20 Flat-headed Cat (Prionailurus planiceps)   Sun 29 Mar - 17:11

This is another piece of my coming project:  the flat headed cat (Prionailurus planiceps).

It is one of the smallest cats in the world. At 1:20 scale it is near to 2 cm head&body length.

I tried to paint it using the Kosta style, although being so little it has been difficult for my tired eyes.

I hope you enjoy

Thankyou lucky luke, Ana. Miguel, Andreas, LeeAnn and Tarunyada for your "big" words about my little piece. I Konw it is small, but what I really love, as you can see below, is to compare models of different size using the same scale:

My little cat with my african elephant:

Could you please make a new topic and post some pictures of your African elephant?
Have you sculpted any other elephants also? Thanks

Super mini cat! cat I love species and the work also. Incredible how can you make such small figures! Shocked Comparison pictures help giving them realism, there's no realism when we mix figures if they are not reasonably in scale. :) Time to check your elephant! elephant bounce
