PostSubject: Schleich Display Background   Thu May 06, 2010 1:25 am

I thought I would share some photos of the display background by Schleich. Some people have never seen it. In 2 photos there are 2 of the 2010 animals to show how huge this thing actually is. It has 2 scenes on it. One of them being on the front and the other on the back. Enjoy.

First side with close ups.

My cat thought she had to be in the picture.

Very impressive, Amy. Did the cat come with the display, and if so, is it the fabled African Desert Cat
(Schleich subspecies)? Wink

Alas too big for the SCHLEICH scale... It must be a SAFARI Laughing

Very cool background, especially the first one IMHO.

Thanks everyone. The cat did not come with it. She came from a skunk trap. I had accidently caught her instead of a skunk. She was just a little kitten at the time and was extremely wild. I brought her in the house and fed her and tried to let her go outside afterwards. She climbed up my leg and hasn't looked back. She is finally getting used to other people. She used to run as soon as anyone came in the door. Now she just runs when my niece or nephews come in.

I bought this one, and 2 others from Danny. Two last year and one not too long ago. One is going to be finding its way to Steve. The other 2 I will display in my building somewhere. I want to display both sides, so it will be easier to do with 2.
