PostSubject: H & H Winners Circle   Fri Aug 07, 2015 12:27 am

So I'm out of the loop. It appears that T.G.F. Toys is no more. Has anyone recently bought from H and H Winner's Circle here in the USA with good service?

Thanks! Very Happy

I've purchased from them on eBay once without an issue, but when it came to me asking if they would be interested in donating something for my live model horse show they were very rude about it. They agreed to send something and told me it was sent but they never did send anything. Just puts a bad taste in my mouth.

I have purchased CollectAs from them off eBay without issue. I've found that some things are cheaper from their eBay store than their website. I also purchased Breyers directly from them many years ago, also without issue. I know they are not terribly favored by the model horse hobby, but I can't remember why anymore, only that it had something to do with poor customer service.

I already bought bu them and I've some problem for the preorders. If you preorder things, you can wiat years and years but for the rest they are correct. It is better to order if you live in America or maybe Canada ... The best in Europe is modellpferdeversand.de Wink

Hi Susanne! :)

Thanks everyone for the info! Yes, I had heard that their service was rather inconsistent, so I was wondering if anyone had any recent positive transactions with them.

I've ordered from both their ebay account and their website before. Pre-orders can take alot longer than expected but they do always ship everything eventfully. Their regular items ship normally, but there is a price difference between the two stores. Ebay is cheaper.

One time I ordered the CollectA Husky and got the Papo one instead but they exchanged it without issue.
