Thank you Suzanne! cheers
His markings are indeed too white, it's not my photo lol. Not complaining though, because for a CTF model, he's quite good!

What a fabulous model cheers

The sculpture is awesome, and look at the face Applause

The white paint seems like it is too white, but perhaps it is just the photo, - it is almost impossible to take white+ drak pictures for us who are not professional Wink

Gosh , I have never thought I would want one of CollectAs deluxe horses, but here I am seriously tempted bounce Very Happy Very Happy

Thankyou very much for sharing , and a huge congratulations cheers

I was going to upload photos of the Trakehner by CollectA, then got distracted and forgot. Here I am posting them now, together with my latest addition - Breyer Fire magic! He's gorgeous, although I am not a fan of the chest on this mould....
First is Fire magic :)

(My photo background needs some ironing, lol)
And here are the photos of the Trakehner

I think the Trakehner is my least favourite from the little sized collectas. He's nice, but not as nice as the Friesian, or the Campolina, or even the Percheron mare. Still, I like him enough to keep him in my collection (for now at least, haha!) If I don't end up repainting him, of course.

Congrats! I have a feeling I'll end up repainting my Trakehner stallion too, just have to decide on a color.

I want him as a dapple grey or really really dark bay! Not much time at the moment, but once I am a bit more free he'll end up being repainted Very Happy

Today was a good mail day :) This pretty boy arrived
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
I've been after Breyer Paso for quite a while, but never had the chance to get one, so when this guy popped up for sale, I had to take the chance and grab him! For a steal price too Wink
Next on the list is Indigo Beau resin painted by Studio Decuir who's still on his way to me :) can't wait for him already!

I was surprised when I checked IDYB today! She's one of 2000! Very Happy
You definitely should get one! The mould is super nice. Prettier in person than the photos.

I'm still not sure who to get! Of course I love Del Fuego but that's probably not going to happen. A friend of mine owns the 2010 auction model on this mold, he's gorgeous in person! I'll take that one Laughing Maybe I'll get Cobrizo sometime Very Happy

This one is AWESOME cheers
I love both the breed and the model Very Happy Very Happy

Funny little story : A long time ago, when I was young, a German guy bought some Paso Finos for crossing with Iceys.
He wanted the fine gaits of the iceys and the elegant looks of the Paso fino, - and what he got was the worst from both : Stubborn, heavy, no gaits ...even aggressive !!! All in all a total flop Laughing

The reason may be that they are probably geneticly as far from each other as it is almost possible ?
I don't know if crossing back gave better results after some generations.Very Happy

He came!(Technically, he came yesterday, but I was all too excited to post) And he's gorgeous!
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
He's Indigo Beau resin cast by Lynn Fraley, painted by Studio DeCuir. My mini resin army is steadily growing! With 2 more on the way (one of them is Snegir, YAY!) and the Breyer Eberl andy, there will be 5 minis (plus the big guys 8  in total) I think I want more! Lol. I am sure I've seen a thread named "Breyer horses are like potato chips" in this forum, well safe to say it is valid for resins too, lol! Very Happy
More - next week, hopefully! Very Happy
P.S. Thank you everyone for the congratulations!!! I love you I love you

As promised, here are the rest of my newbies! I shall add them in the order they arrived
First is Styx :) He's an OF Breyer Swaps "Hawk" You'd probably never guessed it, but this mould was my ultimate Breyer grail! He's been escaping me for over 2 years, so happy I finally managed to get one! He arrived Monday to cheer me up :)
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Two packages arrived yesterday! One contained this guy
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Breyer Phoenix. He's adorable! I had Fox Valley Oliver, but decided to swap him for this boy. Plus Phoenix is brand new :)
The other package, I was very excited about, contained....SNEGIR! I am IN LOVE with him. So much detail. He's already cleaned up ready for priming and painting :) He'll be painted dapple grey, unless something else comes to his mind Wink I can't thank Anna enough for him.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
The last, but definitely not least is this girl
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Working girl by Sarah Rose. She's stunning. For a stablemate size horse, the amount of detail is impressive!
And now I am totally and officially on a Model Horse spending ban until the end of November when I will be paying for Valegro... Unless I sell some tack, lol! Very Happy
