Today I was at the garden centre (Intratuin for you Dutchies out there!) to pick up some plants.
They were already getting ready for the X-mas holidays and had lots of ornaments on display.
There was a display with "winter" animal figures, like owls, deer and wild boar piglets.
Among them I found this deer and I immidiately had to think of Schleich's deer stag.
The material is however not plastic, but some kind of polystone. There are no markings or brand name.
The painting is pretty good. It has a nice wash which brings out the fur coat very well.
All of that for only 3,79 euros! Surprised
Unfortunately I don't own the original figure, but I made a picture with another Schleich deer.
Even the scale is perfect.
The other animals were way too big and won't fit in anyone's Schleich collection, but they were very cute.
