| How much you would pay for the Brown Foal 13103 in Top Condition with Tag ?
Today, it was sold for 84 Euro on Ebay ! Its the last Schleich Horse missing in my collection, but I think, this is too much, even in that condition.
So what would you say, it is worth ?
Other question. What was the Schleich Animal, you paid most for ?
Mine was the Brown Pelican for 40 Euro. I was lucky, to get most of the retired animals many years ago. |

| The figure that I've paid more is the Toyway Ophtalmosaurus from Walking with Dinosaurs, I paid it around 60 euros, not counting the Kinto/Favorite Collection polyresin dinosaurs. Schleich figures that I have I got them all at low prices! |

I was happy, if i found the lyrebird for 60€ + 12€ shipping, because i see this for 400€ and in a bad condition on ebay for 120 or 150€. If you really need this and it is a rare foal, than buy this foal. If you can hope you find this foal for a better price, than wait. |

| About one year ago that foal sold usually 40-50e. Now pricies have gone up and now that foal cost usually 60-80e... My most expensive figure was Superpinto 250e... And it is very top condition..! |

| I am afraid, that the prices will only go up more in the coming time... I bought my first brown pelican for 45 euro's to, and the so called super-pinto for 80 euro's, but that was about 10 years ago, so ancient history... The price for the brown foal with tag in good condition is quit fair for this time i think... I sold my one on e-bay, a few months ago for 32,50 euro, without the tag, but in mint condition to... The most i paid for an item, was the Britains playground zoo from the 1970's for 125 euro's in 2007 or so... |

| More and more collectors start to collect. So more and more people want the rare pieces, the prices will only become higher and higher.
When I started in 2004 I had some lucky biddings. That time is gone now, A friend of mine payed for the supperpinto 120 euro's I bought it about 20 months later for 180 and that was a bargain.
The label on this foal in question made the price go higher, but still do not wait to long and accept a price arround the 50-80 before it will be more expensive to buy. |

| You are so fortunate to live in Germany, Bongo, so you may find one where the seller will not ship outside the country, or take PayPal. That usually keeps the price down a lot ! Or keep looking close and find it in a lot of junk, - not long ago I saw a lot of Bullyland horses sold for 30 Euros, - the Pinto and the "Artist"-foal were in that lot The seller did not want to send outside Germany, so I was almost crying So you may be lucky. Or, - as the price of that foal was so high, there may now come more on the market the next weeks, so the prices go down. About the old labels....they are SO easy to take from a cheaper figure and put on a more valuable one. Not all sellers are completely honest, and the old labels don`t have the item no. on like the newer ones have Once I bought a figure with the old label. When I got it, the label was missing and I contacted the seller. She answered that she had a few labels left and would send me one |

| It's the only one which is missing in our collection... I would pay 25 euros.. Maybe it isn't very much but it's still a foal... The most expensive one I have is... The Newest brachiosaurus, he was 44 euros I believe... Most expensive horse is haflinger 13209 which was 32 euros (I haven't paid it myself, it was a gift) Most expensive horse I have bought myself is the 13222 Manes up Shire for 20 Euros _________________ Schleich Horse Repainting by me! | I think, you all are right about the Foal, but it seems, times are over, when you got it for 25 Euro...
So I hope to get it at the next chance for a price around 60-80 Euro.
Today, I've got the 2011 Marbacher Stallion with brand mark for 22 Euro, and I think, this is okay for it. |

| It is exactly like Susanne said about those older labels... Old labels don't have the itemnumber on them, and it is very easy to put them on an older item if you have spare ones, as long as the item is quit undamaged, it looks reasonable... |

| Hurray, Today's the day-I've got it ! Alt last, I've got the Brown foal, the last missing horse model in my collecction , and I paid only 35 Euro with shipping, so much less than the other ones, which were sold on ebay in october for more than 80 euros ! Another Brown foal was sold for 71 Euro one day after I've bought mine, so I was lucky to get it that "cheap" So only the"Super Pinto" is missing in my collection, but this is only a colour variation and not an own model. Nevertheless, of course I want it.... |
