News in Susanne's collection 2016. Update December 27 th :-)

I missed so many wonderful additions Congratulations Susanne, they are all wonderful!

Did you really eat 5 of them?
Well, I was lucky if I was able of eating one with a red fox inside once it is still missing in my collection. Fortunately Arctic fox is already here. It seems you're in a egg wave, these figures are lovely and Yvette a fairy!

Thanks to Simone' s link, I got a whole bunch of old composition models today  :

Fortunately it was raininbg today, so I have spent hours and hours studying them  
I also took pictures of them, but after all the "studying" I have got quite a good impression of them, and will take some new pictures later

Most of them are Durolin, - or at least that is what the seller wrote.
But there are a couple that looks quite unusual. Perhaps somebody can help

*picks it back up* Oke, seriously, this lot is fantastic!
I can't wait for more photos All the deer, land fowl, canines <3

OOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH Wonderful group of models!!!

This morning I got a wonderful parcel from München  

As many of us have seen, Yvette went to see the model-horse show, arranged by MPV, and she got the beautyful model of Isabella Wert's horse Bella Rose , - or rather, she got several, because as always she was thinking of her horsey friends at the Forum

I absolutely love this model , and John was ready with carrots, they had a good chat in the sunshine

Perhaps we have just got a new brand : Modellpferdeversand ?

Seen up very close, the painting of the eyes is a bit unusual

But from tthe fromnt a seen at a normal distance, the eyes look great. Most model horses have too large eyes, - this may be an attempt to correct it ?

She is of very good quality plastic, like the best we see.

Friday last week another amazing parcel arrived here from Portugal  

Made by Maia & Borges, Roger sent me a whole flock of rare and beautyful models   :

The horses and Musk Ox are made by Maia&Borges for Science4you, and the lovely foal is a Breyer Stablemate .
The little foal is ever so cute, - he even has a sort of silvery sheen in his fur  
He was not the least impressed by the travel and the new home. He just scratched his nose !!!
But nevertheless a Dad came rushing to the rescue

Wonderful additions, Suzanne! The Breyer horses are gorgeous!

Bella Rose is so, so beautiful, what a nice colour she has! And a very interesting texture - I wonder if it is molded-on fur or far too thick paint.

That foal is super cute! I've always been fond of the stablemates foals, they are so tiny and adorable. His Dad is very handsome as well.
