2016 Mustang Foal

I Finally got him, so here is the walk around!

He is quite a bit darker than the promo pic

Many nice details in this foal : the little hooves, the movement and for once these mustangs don't have giraffe-necks
If only the muzzle and the eyes had been a little smaller, it would have been a great model for Schleich standard these days  

Yours  has better paintwork than mine, even if I can see that yours is also Made in China

There's another point where Schleich is breaking a little with past. A positive point that is not always very well accepted. Their horse figures are not as good as before but now they have more diversity in poses, more dynamic and more inventive. We are not seeing here the traditional and consensual standing foal but a figure full of action what seems very adjusted to a Mustang, mainly when it is a youngster.  These poses reminds me the old Safari farm horses, not always genial but always full of life.
Take as example the 1996 rare Camargue foal from Susanne's collection.

Yeah I like this years more active range of horses. Most of them were so static the past years.

I can understand, that would be better.
I meant mostly the shading, it's well done, very fluent from light on belly to dark on the sides and back, the black points on its legs look also naturally, typical for foals
