I have not toolbar

I can not load pictures, because toolbar not appear.

I can only send message with words ,but not images.

Fernando, I checked 3 main browsers and toolbar is working on Firefox and Chrome. Though, I noticed that the outdated Internet Explorer 8 is not showing the tool bar for posting messages. Are you using IE8? I am afraid the forum won't work propperly, anymore on IE8 once its support was discontinued. Sad
