It seems they will bring back the old Friesian foal in next comic, it's slightly diferent, as it's solid charcoal black. Kinda like the idea of bringing older retired molds in new coats, on the other hand it's a bit cheeky to present figurine which is only more black than previous version as an exclusive.

It is a very lovely model, - but a bit cheating to use a retired model as "special".
Not the first time Schleich does that, though.

Promo photo could be flipped, graphic/print designers sometimes do it, so it seems it's looking to the opposite side.

At least it has painted hooves. And I quess it will be made from solid black plastic, but still a bit cheating.

I like the darker color, although it also would have been neat for them to make a light grey foal to match the lovely MPV Special Edition Friesian.

Usually, they publish it on the website the day when it is oficially released or few days before. But we often knew what's the next foal sooner

I find really shame to take back a foal more on sale to change it so little ....

I guess the title (Jetzt im Handel) in the picture is because the picture is supposed to be publish just when it is really available, and that girl got it somehow sooner. But can't tell surely. So let's see, maybe it's an April joke?

I have got the new foal today. It's 5mm higher than tha old Frisian Foal, matt black and made in Tunisia
