| I haven't posted photos of my displays for quite a while, so it's time to time to correct the situation. Of course, my African wildlife shelf has changed since I last posted pics of it [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. But the concept remained the same: savannah in the left half, water-hole in the center, and a fragment of rainforest at the right end. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The hills here are terrarium rock ledges. Traditional crowd at the water-hole: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The rainforest snug: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The hill with jackal's hide: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I know that patas monkey is a ground-dwelling species. But this figurine is rather large to stand near zebras and antelopes, and the elegant Collecta Coconut Palm will have no animal in the canopy otherwise... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Hope I'll find time to take pics of my Europe, Asia and Americas shelves soon. _________________ Owners of miniature zoos on shelves, unite! | So nice to see news from your shelves Kirill! The display looks great, with all the trees, and natural elements like rock formation and pond. I like the group of flamingoes and the monkey on the palm tree _________________ Anna Horse and Bird studio - Horse sculptures My model horse collection

| Looking good! I like the trees and other atributes in there. It gives the whole diorama a more life like presentation and animals can interact with them. I also like the fact you've invested in a whole family of Flamingo's. It makes sense. |

| Thank you, boys and girls! Glad you like it. And yeah, flamingoes really make sense when in a flock. _________________ Owners of miniature zoos on shelves, unite! My collector's blog

Thanx, Martin! By the way, do you use terrarium/aquarium rocks or plants on your impressive shelves with animals? _________________ Owners of miniature zoos on shelves, unite! My collector's blog

| Crouded shelves are never messy when it is you presenting them. A long time it was a problem to find lots of species we wished, now it is hard to find shelves for all species available. It is really good to see your shelves but it is also very nice to see you are looking good and fresh to new animal figure adventures. Happy to see you back Kirill! |
