How to photograph animal figurines Empty
PostSubject: How to photograph animal figurines   How to photograph animal figurines EmptyFri Apr 07, 2017 3:42 am

G'day fellow collectors,

I'm constantly amazed at the quality of photographs of animal figurines that most members here produce. Applause

I would appreciate any advice on how to improve my photos.

I have a digital slr but so far have been using the built in flash which of course results in shadows.

I guess the secret lies in lighting and would welcome any tips.

I use my phone camera which is better than my regular camera. I also get down on the ground in line with the figure(s) to make it more realistic. Scenery is always an important matter to bring out the figure in its natural habitat.
