 How to get off paint/markers

I got this lovely Snow Leopard from Colorata at a flee market, unfortunately it is full of pink drawings. Any idea what I could clean it with?

I am afraid that if it is permanent marker, there is nothing to do except perhaps repainting Sad

Some soft rubbing with a sponge and Handsoap??
