PostSubject: Liiolii's collection   Wed Jan 24, 2018 12:02 pm

This is my entire collection so far.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The collection has three parts. The first one is the European Ice Age. I wouldn't like to be a copycat Embarassed No but to be honest, CWGross' amazing Ice Age collection inspired me... so I did some rearrange and now I have an Ice Age collection, too. I hope that it ok for you all. If you see some animals that doesn't fit in European Ice Age, feel free to correct me. I'm just learning the theme.  study The grizzly bear represents the brown bear which I don't have yet. I'm also interested in the Neolithic period and the animals that lived in Europe during the Stone Age.

I like Papo's reindeer, but it's huge! Almost as tall as the mammoth. rendeer

The second part is my plastic aviary. I like birds and birdwatching, so this is a natural theme to collect for me. Some of my birds are in the Ice Age display.

The last part includes all the rest figures, this and that. There's still room to the newcomers.

It is a wonderful colletion. I am seriously impressed Applause Applause

Of course you may use inspiration from others ! A great idea to have a Euopean Ice age shelf .
My mind wanders, - I hope it is ok if I tell what I think may be added if it were mine ? Embarassed
I think that a wild horse ( Przewalski?) would fit in beautyfully, - and as far as I understand it, there were Saiga antelopes in Europe also ? And lynxes Very Happy

Your bird shelf is absolutely wonderful . It is a true joy to see birds from different brands together on one shelf cheers

Thankyou very much for sharing sunny

Thank you for showing your shelves. I'm a big time fan of looking at people's complete shelf collections. Not just seperate figures.

And I agree with Susanne,

I know I do! Very Happy
Anytime I see something on the internet that gives me goose bumps, I click and save and store it at my special folder.
And whenever I feel it's time to change my collection around, I take a look at that folder.
What is good is good.
No need to reinvent the wheel.   pirat

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] - Thank you! Yes, the marabou is still standing. I just noticed that many of you have a balance problem with it.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] - Thank you! Przewalski horse is on my wishlist. The local online store I use doesn't have it this time. And lynx! Oh, my favourite animal! I'm waiting impatiently Papo's lynx realised this year.

@Andreas - Thank you!

@Simone – Thank you for commenting! I like photos showing complete collections (and dioramas/outdoor pics), too. I could watch pics of the topic "Your collection... now" for hours! So inspiring and fun.
