Very nice figure! To me, it looks like a Rockfish, but I'm not entirely sure. I don't know the brand or any official information on it. This is still an excellent find regardless of what it is.

It looks like a sunfish in shape, something like a crappie or a warmouth, but I've never seen anything with that color pattern. Perhaps a fish that looks like this exists, but if so I don't know it.

There are clownfish with roughly that kind of colouring, but that's not a clownfish body.

The body is kind of 'generic perch-like fish' that I'm sure I've seen many times in different paint schemes, but never nailed down to species.

I think I’ve nailed it on the head guys. Juvenile harlequin sweetlips, but wrong coloring.

Looking now, I think you are right about the sculpt. But I still maintain the paint is a clownfish.
