I have these but I am missing the tufted duck, they are just amazing figures. Shame they only made a few waterfowl species, I would have loved to have some really unusual ducks, geese, grebes and loons

That's a unmissable series, pity that Maia & Borges is not as known as Schleich. I mean the brand of course because many Schleich are Maia & Borges models. Laughing

I think it is as remarkable as the Schleich Birds of Prey series. It is unfortunate that the series was not successful and Maia & Borges ended not releasing other similar series they had planned. The finish quality is top and species are very interesting. I am glad the series haven't passed unnoticed among our STS family members.

Yes,I am very happy with these.Managed to get them form the Netherlands via the site advertising on here.Like Roger said its a shame that they never continued to make any more as they are really lovely models and am sure they could have applied this more waterfowl.
