My okapi herd contains four of these figures, the two Schleich, CollectA calf and Papo. The two Schleich are the parents, and the Papo is the teenager who won't move out, and therefore gets annoyed by his little sister.

Fantastic comparisons! Not many species make such a beautiful collection as okapis. They are all beautiful figures and each on its own way. I must remember getting the newer Schleich, I only have the Papo at that scale so it won't hurt to have one more okapi.

Okapis are among my favorite animals and are well represented by the major brands, which is a bit surprising for me. But I don't think there is a perfect model yet (although Safari Wildlife Wonders is very near on that, IMO). I still don't understand why Safaris model wasn't released as a repaint yet, it's not a bad model and I've seen some really nice repaints of it done by some collectors.

Thank you for commenting here guys :)

I apologise for the bad quality of the photos. I made them 2-3 months ago in a request of Ben,
to help him see the sizes of some of them ... but I took them at the night, with very bad light.
The photos are in Ben`s topic of his collection, but there will be not seen of many people, so I desided to show them also here.
And because I am lazy to make new photos again with better light, I hope that these works so so :)

You have no reason to apologise for "bad quality of the photos". The photos are very nice and you have put the models beautiful together.
Thank you for showing them.
