I have got some painted HEINERLE animals

Hello,
HEINERLE tried to paint their animals to make them more collectable. But they stopped this way because it was to expensive to paint them in germany (70-80?).
Here some first examples, I will take some fotos more later.

These are wonderful, and I'm sure very rare too- and you've found so many! They go really well together as a set!

what a super set you have, it's like items from a museum, in perfect condition
I really love the reindeer!! their shape and postures are just adorable.
and the crocodiles are so cute with their smiles:)

I have never seen these figures painted. I believe you've found something really special. Thanks for sharing them with us, this hobby is a bottomless box of surprises.

the little "Alligator" is a "Waran" and the collector book tell us a price of 20 EURO for this little, little figure.

The animal is called "Waran". The size is small but not so small as you think. The foto shows a grey square with the Waran. The square is 10x10 cm. The price for the Waran in the collectorscatalog and in the shop "Kuschel-Muschel" is 20 EURO, but the Waran is not available.

thank you Benno, now I can see it clearly. At first I thought it was like a 00airfix size so I can judge the size now. It is still very cute though:)
Is waran 'crocodile' in some language then ? Or is it a species of croc ?

I got distracted by all the other crocodiles and thought it must have been one too. Hmm such trickery
