Well you guys know me... I´m all about giraffes but Schleich giraffe baby was "boring" to me with its pose and straight neck so... My hair dryer was a big helper. Take a look Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Just a small change in the position of a head and whole model changes drastically, for much better of course Very Happy

I really think it´s much better and realistic and less boring :) Giraffe babies supose to be crazy and funny but they aren´t ... Now I have one :)
And now I have to try a big one :)

Thank you Susanne and other my friends cheers
I used hair dryer only for 2-4 minutes on both sides of its neck. Then turn the neck and put it in the cold water for a minute. Stlill holding the head in the position I wanted and that´s it :) Paint is totally ok :) No cracking :)
I always did that to repair legs :)

I have many giraffes boring and I'll copy your idea ..
I will wring her necks ........ but I do it with boiling water and then with cold water. So I was repaired other animals replicas.

So what works better boiling water or hair dryer?

That looks really good Martin! I've used that technique to fix warped legs on Breyer horses, but never thought you could do that with a Schleich. I would have thought it would melt! Shocked
