If you mean modern brands working at the same scale as Britains the answer is no for the most famous ones. Though, you can find a few working companies releasing some farm and horse figures at 1:32 scale.
If you mean brands which work at an exact scale but not necessarily the same as Britains, the answer is also no for most of them but you can find a few series where a certain scale is taken in consideration.
If you mean if among major companies there are figures compatible with Britains, the answer is yes for a small minority, I'd say elephants are basically the only figures of the major companies which can be used at 1:32 scale.
