This is a new brand to me but it looks like a very interesting model and it's great that you've managed to find the company name! Hopefully that will help to find out more about this crocodile!

I know Kleinwelka. It is a Dinosaur park near from my hometown. Founded in the former GDR. I think they produced a small line of figures.
