Schleich Retiring / Out to production 2023

Hi everyone,

I have updated how we share what is retiring each year for Schleich.
We have added 2023 (and previous years are slowly being loaded).

You can find the full list here for both years.

This is a list of all Schleich models which have had production stopped from 31st December 2022 and we will see disappear from the line in 2023.

Schleich models with an out of production date commencing from the 31st December 2023 will be in the 2024 list, as are in production for the full length of 2023 (This is the same layout for previous years).

This list is directly from Schleich, not a 3rd party. It is over 50 models, which is pretty standard. This is the available information we have, of course if we get more confirmed models, it will be updated.

I didn't found a list 2024.

These get announced second half of 2023, then we will make the 2024 list. We only include figures that we have confirmed are retired / out of production and will update them if we get additional verified information.

Your welcome to use alternative sources, we are trying to help the community with this list and do our best to make sure they are accurate. Part of that is only using information directly from Schleich.

I dont think that list is complete. There's nothing from the wildlife theme in the list for 2023. But, on Schleich's website, a lot of the items that are out of stock seem like they'll be the retired ones for this year.

Thanks for updating your page. For wildlife collectors perhaps the retirement of the oryx antelope is the most noticiable news. From the whole list and from those I don't have, maybe the most interesting is the Postosuchus but I can't go for prehistoric.

Remember when Schleich used to update their website with a "collectors items retirment list"? Not sure why they got rid of that, because the information on the third party websites is spotty. I'm going to assume more wildlife figures are retiring than just three. 2022 retirement list is also hard to put together, and I dont think was ever complete.

Hi, I spend many hours and a lot of effort putting this list together, only using information directly from Schleich. " so more will be retired but these are not announced until mid year from Schleich.

I will continue to do my very best to give as much information to our community as possible, i'm sorry its 'spotty', but I do feel it is better to announce the confirmed information and update it as more information is released, rather then hold back and not share what we have so far with the community.

I appreciate what you do. I do think there are some other wildlife figures that retired. I wish we could just get a solid and complete list from Schleich on the 12/31/2022 retirements. happyhentoys is showing the following as retiring:

14731 Tiger cub white
14753 Asian Elephant female
14775 Orangutan female
14817 Chimpanzee male


There's also spotty information that the following is also retiring:
14772 Giant Panda male
14793 Sloth

First Half 2023 out
Farm world: Nothing items out
Wild life:  14759;14747;14780;14817
Horse Club:13911
All others are in , May be someone will end in second half
