my little test with giraffe baby...

Well you guys know me... I´m all about giraffes but Schleich giraffe baby was "boring" to me with its pose and straight neck so... My hair dryer was a big helper. Take a look

Martin congratulations, fantastic pose your giraffe again what a talent.

Just a small change in the position of a head and whole model changes drastically, for much better of course

Great idea and a perfect fix to the "boring" pose.

I really think it´s much better and realistic and less boring :) Giraffe babies supose to be crazy and funny but they aren´t ... Now I have one :)

Thank you Susanne and other my friends
I used hair dryer only for 2-4 minutes on both sides of its neck. Then turn the neck and put it in the cold water for a minute. Stlill holding the head in the position I wanted and that´s it :) Paint is totally ok :) No cracking :)
I always did that to repair legs :)

Martin that's a fabulous idea! It looks beautiful in that pose, you did a really good job of that I want to try something similar now

I have many giraffes boring and I'll copy your idea ..
I will wring her necks ........ but I do it with boiling water and then with cold water. So I was repaired other animals replicas.

Excellent idea Martin. It would be even easier to make 2 adult males fight scene, since their necks are even longer

That looks really good Martin! I've used that technique to fix warped legs on Breyer horses, but never thought you could do that with a Schleich. I would have thought it would melt!
