2023 Collecta Morgan stallion

I received this guy a few days ago from MiniZoo along with most of the 2023 models that are currently in stock. I have to say, I am slightly disappointed in Collecta this year overall. Maybe I am too hard on them since they usually give us such beautiful horses but I have just been underwhelmed this year. The lack of new molds might be the reason but anyways.

This guy is not my favourite but I do like the mold. The dapples are kind of odd honestly and his colour is a lot warmer and darker than I expected. The shading is nice overall. Would love to know your opinions.

I agree, the Dapple could have been more elegantly painted but this horse has a very beautiful look and irresistible eyes.

I think from a distance the dappling isn't so bad, but I do agree it was a strange choice with how they implemented it and you CAN tell within reasonable distance... a shame indeed.

I don't collect horses from them, but this one, i must say, is beautiful.

I think it is the abrupt interruption of the dappling that gives it a kind of rhino armor look. The horse has a beautiful face and balanced proportions. I wished 80% of the horses from other brands were as disappointing as this one.

I really enjoy the mold, but think they should have skipped the dapples. The color could work otherwise, and I like the way got the facial markings.
