Keywords for figures

I am interested in the different keywords in other languages. I know often the brand names, somithing words like vintage, plastic or so on. Also birds, fishes .....for a search on ebay or anything else.

For example in german.

"Schleichtiere" , "Margarinefiguren" (premium figures), "Hartgummitiere" (especially in the former GDR for this kind of figures), "Fremdserie", "Fremdfiguren" (series not produced but publishes by other brands - example AAA by Bullyland ), Üei or Überraschungsei - for chocolate egg figures

Are there similar words in other languages?

I don't know whether there are good English translations for the more specific terms you mention and if there are, then sellers rarely list them as such. I usually search for brand name + "animals", "plastic animals", "toy animals" and "zoo animals".

No Andreas, those are specifically for Germany. We use a few words for animal figures (PT figuras de animais) ES (figuras de animales). Portuguese and Spanish.
- Premium figures PT=Brindes; ES=Regalos
- Rubber figures: PT=figuras de borracha; ES=Figuras de goma
For some premium figures, some products which offered them were so popular that even figures which were not offered by those products, ended acquiring the names.
Farinha Amparo for Portugal or Dunkin for Spain are two examples.
The promotional gifts from Farinha Amparo, a brand of wheat flour, were so popular in Portugal that when we want to refer to a driver in a derogatory way, we use to say that the driver got their driver's license from the Farinha Amparo.
