Great picture of Indian wild boar-this is generally considered a subspecies of Wild boar so not sure companies would go down to a specific subspecies as there are plenty of model Wild boars on the market.

Collecta is known for making fauna which is unheard to most people, so that's why I suggested. Safari ltd made once made the rare Angolan Lion (Panthera leo melanochaita, formerly bleyenberghi). Yes, the chances of producing subspecies are very low.

It is not impossible, we can find a few subspecies among CollectA models. The Siberian tiger, Amur leopard, grizzly bear, Giant sable antelope, Pinta Island tortoise are all marketed at the subspecies level. It would be nice to see wild boar subspecies since some are clearly distinct and I suspect a few of them will be considered full species soon or later.

I knew about tigers bengal (Safari ltd), amur and reason I didn't mentioned is because amur tigers exists in captivity since 50s in Europe and north America. Today the most commonest tiger subspecies in captivity would be the Amur tiger, and most people know what's a Siberian tigers is,  so companies know them well since they exist in many zoos. Amur leopards are there in zoos in Europe. The Indian boar, I haven't heard of them outside India, so it's not known to many people,  but they could've existed in captivity in the past in Europe. I haven't heard of Pinta island tortoise, sounds interesting!
What I actually was to mean is that it would be rare for companies to make a subspecies which are not known to most people. However, collectA is good at making rare animals.
