Sea Lamprey

So I found this figure and I cannot get over cool and interesting it is. I can find no information on the figure anywhere. It was still in original bag and labeled custom and looks as if made for the SeaLampreyControl.org. I had to take out of package because it is striking, included some photos

I actually came across on eBay and then I contacted the seller and he acquired at an estate sale, did not have any other information

I reached out to a colleague at Safari. He says the lamprey was produced on-demand for the Great Lakes Fishery Commission. They were 'giveaways' at events and such. They were never sold by the GLFC and Safari has no current plans to sell them. For now, it looks like a luck of the draw to find on secondhand somehow. Congrats, NMR_Okapi.
