Perhaps these are not the most impressive collector`s items, but I can`t resist them if the price is right Wink drunken

Some Topps with the high cute-factor :

And three farm animals from Siku. I really like the cow , couldn`t it be a Jersey cow ? Very Happy

Congratulations for your new cute babies Susanne! They are really cute and I'm sure they wanted to make it in that way.... and are babies! :)
I cannot help you with the cow because I'm not really a cowboy! I'm sure someone would be able to help you! :)

Congrats Susanne!
I saw that horse before to in smaller horse-trailer sets...
I thought, you would show some old Siku from the 1950's and 1960's here, but ok, it would have been in the wrong section... Laughing
I don't think that the cow is a Jersey, but just a light coloured brown and white cow... Rolling Eyes

Thankyou Willy and Christophe flower

I am happy you also think it could be a Jersey, Christophe Very Happy
I LOVE the old fashioned Jersey cows. Not only beacuse they are beautyful, also because they have such an ancient and interesting history. It is a shame they are breeding them more sturdy and "common" looking, but of course the farmers have to make a living and can not live in a museum Neutral

They have the old, unpainted ones, but also these, - at least I think the animals in the cage are Siku : [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I love the Topps. I would love to complete my collection. I have just the giraffe and goat left to find.
I love the puppies and kitties also. Do you collect any of them? I have some extra kitties if you'd be interested.

I recognized the little penguin chicken. It is really very cute, but not too much I think Very Happy. I have it too, found in a mystery pack from a second hand shop. I have never heard about TOPPS. Is it a well known brand? I have included the figure in my animal collection Laughing  The figure is marked TOPPS 1996.

Topps is a collector card company in the US. They made three lines, puppies, kitties and the baby wild animals. This site has all of them I believe [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Thanks for the warm welcome @ widukind, Susanne and Tove. :)

Widukind- Thats very nice of you, but I have both of them already. However my friend Jenna just started up a little site. Which caters to the 90's puppy in my pockets, and all the Topps. You should give it a go. I'm sure you'll be beating them off with a stick. :)I'll leave the link incase you, or any of you guys are interested.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Susanne- Yes, they were huge here when I was a kid. Hasbro/Vivid Imaginations started making them, at some point M.E.G took over and released the topps. Suddenly they completely disappeared from the US, only being sold in Europe. They're now really hard to find.
Ok. I'd love to share a picture! I'm just not sure how.

Yes! Thats one of the best reference sites I have found. She has almost everything.

Tierman : Thanks for the link and for telling about TOPPS. It was interesting, and then I have been learning something new today study Very Happy .
I also will say thanks for sharing the "Animobil.info Schleich Animals". The site has been very useful to me while making list over my Schleich collection. sunny

Chimera : I hope you will find the TOPPS pieces you still not have, and I look forward to see photos. Thanks for your links. And welcome to the forum. sunny

Susanne : Thanks for sharing photos. Now I see this thread is old, but I have been wondering a lot about who the little penguin was. Now I know her name: Hossie. Very Happy  sunny

You can read one way here : [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The whole idea is that you need a host for the photoes, and there you

The instructions how to use Photobucket is outdated...but the site is here : [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Let me try a quick instruction, please tell me if it works ...

First you register
Then I advice you make a "Library", almost the same as in Windows.

1) Upload  ( Orange button) your pictures to the relevant folder in the library
2) Back to the folder
3)Turn "Organize" on
4) Mark the picture(s) you want to link
5) Click "Link" ( Bottom , right ) and click IMG Codes

Now back to the forum and insert the links. Use preview to see if it is ok. Send !Very Happy

IMPORTANT : The pictures should not be over 800 pixels wide.
You can adjust befoe uploading, or do it in Photobucket : [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
