It is in 1:15 scale but for 1:20 scale it would be 6´5 meters high. (I think he lived one giraffe male with tis size in some zoo (I don´t remember were) scratch
If I'm not mistaking, the tallest giraffe bull named George lived in Chester Zoo from 1959-1969 and was 20 feet tall, that's 6.10m Shocked alien
Of course, probably there are even bigger animals in the wild now...
That's incredible, I can't imagine what it would be like, to see such a huge giraffe like that in real life Shocked

Great Miguel! I love the way you show your figures and I also think that is no problem mixing different brands! I think it is really nice even the stile and sizes are different! Wonderful pictures and I agree VW giraffe is beautiful! I don't see it as a large figure, maybe others are really small I didn't know it was 1:15 scale! Now I understand why Safari makes some figures in 1:15 scale even out of VW lines!
I also agree with you about Schleich bison and camel, foals are better, mainly the bison! What about CollectA?

Hello again !!

Roger, the CollectA bison, in my opinion, have a strange head but the wondrefull sculpting an deatail on his fur makes it combines well with papo bison, addition to its size...

More pics :

Waiting for another member to the herd..

I customized one of the for a different posse an added the Dartmoor foal to preserve the future of the family (just need a fresh coat of paint job to look like a Przewalsky foal)

The latest adquisition to increase the clan of wolves !! What a Face What a Face

Yes, it is the figure of Bayala , Gregis wolf (70431). The same mold of 14605 but full of realism and detaill on his fur and colour (i think that) Wink

Here are the pics

I confess I also don't like the neck of the CollectA bison but the body is better than those from other brands! It's what I think! :)
Thanks for showing more wonderful pictures and figures! :)

Yes Roger, I hope that soon other brands to replace their figures of bison for other improvements and larger in size Very Happy Rolling Eyes .

I`m happy you like the pictures !!.

Harriet, this wolf is surelly in the same size than the other (is the same mold)but the color and texture in the fur should make it look smaller. scratch .

Is a wonderful figure that really worth getting !!.

I think it's just the angle of the photo - he does look lovely, wish I could add the animals from all those fantasy/hero sets. drunken
