13222: limited edition?

Recently I was told that the 13222 black heavy gelding is a limited edition and only 3500 were made. What do you know about this?

The fact is that it took me ages to find one I could pay...

Gosh, if he is a special edition, he is going to be AWFULLT expensive

I would not be surprised if he is a SE, the old one is also quite rare and very popular

But the one with the standing Mare is very rare and so this one is also expensive.

Every thing from Schleich wich is rare becomes expensive.
Because every collector wants to get it.

It might be a rare item, but it is still easy to buy this horse. Look on ebay as an example.
You can compare this horse to the dark brown iclandic horse 13249, not easy to get, although this shire was in collection for some years and the iclandic horse only one year.

I didn´t know the dark Icelandic is rare, nice to know!

Well, it´s sposed to be a Shire I think, but I don´t see it as a Shire.

Thank you! But I must say I have it since several months ago, maybe a year. The thing is that few days ago I was told he´s a limited edition, and I asked here because I didn´t know nothing about that ^^

Mine has no black hooves

And neither has white blaze.

I know about that variation, and I would like to have one like yours... But I can´t find it!
