No sorry guys, that is impossible. Mad
VEB Plaho made copies of Lineol models, as the Marolin company bought Lineol, and Marolin went into the VEB Plaho later in DDR times...
But some resamblance is always possible, isn't it... Laughing

Yes of course they can look like both composition brands, in some models there is some resamblance indeed, but they are really Lineol copies Andreas! Very Happy

I can only see 2 pheasants in this catalogue, but they had 3, the normal pheasant, the silver pheasant and the golden pheasant. Rolling Eyes
To my knowledge they produced a Cupper pheasant to...(see Christophes site) Wink

Willy is right, VEB PLAHO made some copies of LINEOL and also original models but none of them are ELASTOLIN copies.

Some of the military figures they produced during wartime will shock many of us.

As I understand these matters, life was pretty normal in many ways for German people for the first few years, as they were winning until they were driven out of North Africa, and more significant, they lost at Stalingrad, and the Russian army started their unstoppable advances on the eastern front.
