Great structure for "Eagle Hills"! With all of them, looks more like "Raptor Range"!

Congrats, Sergey! I also think that's a great idea to someone who lives in an Imperial Palace! I hope Kiki is not sleeping in trees! monkey I know macaques sleep in trees but with such a short tail it would be dangerous! Wink
Very beautiful!!! cheers

That is a fantastic idea, Sergey, wow Shocked

About space, - I was thinking, - maybe just one shelf, perhaps like a "box" and then make a diorama for a few animals. It could be really fun to excange the animals and make new dioramas now and then scratch

I know Christophe`s shelves are so nice and oderly already, but mine are always CRAMMED, so to have one shelf like that... sunny Very Happy cheers

Well, I would have to get the shelf, the plants, the rock...perhaps some spotlight...and then be able to make it look nice. And somebody to put the shelf up safely for me...And... Rolling Eyes Embarassed
Ok it is a good idea isnt it Rolling Eyes Wink Laughing

...And about space... Quite the contrary the multistage display (with the help of grottos-"hills", stones, trees or another some elevations) save the space of the shelves plane... scratch scratch (the difficult english Laughing Laughing )

Yeah, aquarium grottos are excellent solution for shelf displays. And yours look very good! But they're not cheap, as a rule, so I prefer making some kinds of hills myself.

You're right 100%! Without "hills" shelf displays look flat and overcrowded.

Great stuff Sergey!
I know all of this stuff very good of course, as i am the member with the most fishtanks around here. Cool
But these aquarium grotto's as you call them, are quit expensive here. Shocked
But when i saw them the first time, i immediatly saw the possibilities for displaying my models, and for a model zoo.
In fact they are better for that, then for use in a fishtank, as they do look not to natural enough for me...
But for the fish it doesn't matter, they don't see the difference between these grotto's, natural grotto's, a coconut-shelf or a little flowerpot, but i like to make settings as natural as possible.
Here an example how my livingroomtank looks at the moment, the pic is not very sharp, sorry...
The pic was taken in october this year, it resambles a South-America Amazon biotop...

Your fishtank looks wonderful, Willy!!! You should be fond of just sitting and staring at it, aren't you?
