When I got this chamois, I was first quite sad. Not because it isn`t nice, but I had bought it for being Starlux, and this one surely couldn`t be scratch
It is large ( or relatively large for Starlux), app 12 cm high, and it is hollow. In the bottom it is easy to see it has been glued from 2 shells.

But look, it actually has got "STARLUX" moulded in the base Shocked

Perhaps somebody can tell me about it ? Is it a newer model? Did Starlux change their way of production ? Shocked
I would be happy for any help flower

This model was sold in the French Alps "gift shops".

It wasn't a toy, STARLUX also made some big flamingoes and sold them as "souvenir" in the Camargue country Wink

Congrat on this great figurine Susanne! Very Happy
Don't worry, it is a real Starlux indeed, who made more bigger models indeed as Christophe mentioned. Wink
But you are not alone in this... Laughing

Congratulations for your Starlux souvenir! I think in my homeland souvenirs are donkeys. I don't know why? I need to take a look! albino

scratch I think that in Christophe's homeland of France the Starlux souvenier would be a fox!
Now I know Crocorogerioberto would always like another fox for his collection of 1,263 and a half foxes... Wink Razz
confused Why you ask would it be a fox?
Well there's a verse somwhere in the Bible about keeping the foxes out of the vineyards, and from what Christophe talks about enjoying his wine drunken I would think that there would need to be alot of vineyards to supply Christophe (and his friends)! drunken Embarassed drunken Surprised Sleep As they love to celebrate! cheers

lol!

Oh, I think such souvenir animal may be accurate also for other regions, also in Polish cities Rolling Eyes But I guess for Polish souvenir I would love to choose wisent, roe deer and salamander instead of such "doggie" scratch cat
