Indeed, African species are only two on the Top 10 because STS members chose a lot of different species and especially in Africa. it means the votes are more scattered for African animal than for the others. I guess Africa is still the favorite spot and it's not an advantage in a vote where you can choose three species in each categories.
Yeah, I see... Nevertheless, as I'm looking forward to see more non-African species myself, I try to find what pleases my eye in our voting, that's why I'm glad there are not more than 2 African animals in our Top-10 :)

I was thinking about the lack of suggestions for dinoes.
Perhaps the titles should be "wider" ?
I would for instance like some of the prehistoric water-creatures, here are some funny ones from Starlux scratch

The only species i can't agree with, is the fallowdeer, which originates from pre-Asia, and not from Europe... Cool
If we count all of the species that do live in our countries today, we must admitt, that a lot of them do not originate from our own country... Rolling Eyes
Maybe we can make another deviding here... Laughing

In Dino ranges the choice doesn't need to be scientifically a dinosaur, so the saltoposuchus is accepted, of course! flower

And now a little bit of lobbying monkey Wink

I agree with some of you, Diana's monkeys are really beautiful Very Happy

BUT
Don't you agree De Brazza's monkeys are even MORE beautiful ? Cool

So maybe some could change their mind... Especially people who voted for a Kikimalou model Wink Laughing

I agree with you, Kiki, de Brazza's is my wish-list too.
But did you mean people can change their already posted wish-lists? It would negatively affect the representation of our survey, to my mind.

When do i get my vote? Very Happy
And I want to do a bit of lobbying! bounce

Primates: Proboscis Monkey, French Crazy Macaque, Dutch Crazy Macaque.
For the Macaques I vote for them without bottles in hand but with a slightly crazy look in their eyes!
This is normal and most important for this species, mmmmm however I might reconsider my bottle decision as without one they may not have that natural appeal? drunken pirat
