| what a great week! i got a 2nd surprise package! this package was from wonderful generous Phil (Schleich61) and contained two truly spectacular gems that any collector of Schleich or sheep must appreciate: The Classic Sheep!!!! The entire Classics series is charming, and the sheep has a serene sweetness that makes her especially charming. plus -- drum roll please, i really cannot believe this one either -- the old standing lamb!!! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]now, this lamb might not be the most accurate animal replica ever made, but it is one of my all time top favorites. It captures the sweetness and innocence that says "Lamb" like no other figure. Anyone who can look on this face and not smile, has no heart. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]and then, as if two of the most wonderful sheep weren't enough, the Boer goat doe!!!!! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I adore goats, i think goats are among the greatest animals on earth, and this is a great goat. She is very devoted to her adopted lamb baby, as you can see here where she makes sure Lambie is safe from this new doggie that Goat Mama doesn't know yet. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]when Mama knows Stessy, i'm sure she won't worry, but look what a good Mama she is! What a great way to bring 2011 to a close and to open 2012 with warm happy feelings! Phil, you have made me so happy with these figures. Thankyouthankyouthankyou!!!!!  Phil!!!
