Yes, and many collectors already have a lot of them...this means that these large lots are mainly of interest for people who want to sell them at a profit..and none of them are so rare they could bring big money scratch

But I understand people who need to sell a lot of figures. It could be almost a full time job to sell 71 figures at once, with one in each auction, I think. Sleep Laughing

Hello, Rusty. You're not out of control if you can reasonably afford to pay for them. I wouldn't advocate spending so much that you can't make your mortgage/rent payment or have to go on a bread and water diet, however... Wink

For whatever it's worth, I personally advocate (1) never spending money you need for other expenses, and (2) looking for good value (based on market price) for what you are spending. There will always be auctions for figurines you don't have and desperately want.....

CONGRATULATIONS Very Happy flower This is SO exiting cheers
Yes, I have noticed that one can do some fantastic deals on Ebay.com, and I think it is a very good idea to get some of those large lots to make the base of a collection.

Later on you may find Schleich can be just as expensive as Breyer, - perhaps more if you go for the real rare ones Rolling Eyes Laughing

Congratson such a load of new Schleichs for you! cheers
Buying in bigger lots, is much cheaper then buying them one by one, or in smaller groups.
The average price will come down this way, and when there are doubles, they are mostly quit easy to sell. Wink
